Is PHD Worth It?
Is this a question that’s running through your mind?
Let’s face it, nobody wants to invest in anything without complete conviction that they’re making a good investment. So, let’s look at some of the facts about our nation’s health status. Currently, 122 million Americans are struggling with type 1, type 2 or prediabetes. That is one out of two of us!
Furthermore, 75% of us in the United States are overweight, 42% are obese, and a whopping 88% of us are metabolically unwell. And by “metabolically unwell” I mean type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, high cholesterol, gout, fatty liver disease, and high blood pressure.
Ultimately, these are inflammatory conditions caused by diet and lifestyle.
What is also interesting is that those of us who come across looking lean are also metabolically unwell. That leaves only 12% of us that are well and metabolically healthy!
What we see in our PHD clients is that within weeks they put their type 2 diabetes into remission and reverse high blood pressure and sleep apnea symptoms. It is not uncommon for clients to let go of half of their insulin in one week. For what has been termed a “chronic, progressive” disease; how wild is that?

There’s probably not a person reading this right now who would not like to have more energy and health.
Your health is like money.
If I were to hand you a hundred dollar bill, would you tear it up and throw it away? I doubt it.
But sometimes, we do that with our health which is far more important. We take it for granted and throw it away, then complain when we are sick and have no energy. Every day that you wait to take action, you continue to throw more of it away.
The deal is, to live the best life, the one you deserve to live, you need to be able to show up vibrant and healthy. This is why dropping weight with PHD changes every aspect of your life.
