- 1 – rack baby back ribs
- 1/4 c. – your favorite dry rub.
- Our favorite is equal parts cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, cinnamon, granulated onion, and granulated garlic
- 2 T. – apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. – Primal Kitchen BBQ Sauce
Serving Size: Dependent upon allowed protein amount.
Step 1: Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Place ribs on a rimmed baking sheet and coat with apple cider vinegar. In a small bowl, mix all dry seasonings together and then coat ribs.
Step 2: Cover ribs with foil and cook for 3 hours at 275 degrees.
Step 3: Remove ribs from oven and uncover. Smother with 1/2 c. of Primal Kitchen BBQ sauce and broil for 5-10 minutes. Remove from broiler – server and enjoy!
