I am so excited to be able to share that my new book, 5 Steps to Reset the Scale, is done! For the past several months, I’ve been working on this book that I truly hope helps people achieve their weight loss goals. It’s planned to launch on Amazon, on August 1st (fingers crossed as there is still a lot to do!).
I wrote this book because I feel passionate about dispelling the common myths associated with weight loss. For so long we’ve been inundated with the story that weight gain is our fault. We’ve been told that we are fat because we are lazy and eat too much; we’ve been the victim. Meanwhile, statistics show that 95% of diets we do on our own fail. Most of us have come away from all of this with the belief that we’ve been struggling with excess pounds because we have a flaw in personality, lack willpower, have poor discipline, or all of the above when there is nothing so far from the truth.
Whether you’ve tried everything to lose weight in the past with no long-term success, or you are a first time “dieter”, this book will help you find weight loss for life. I wrote “5 Steps to Reset the Scale” to be a quick, easy-to-read guide (should only take about 1 hour of your time), fundamentally different than the thousands of fad weight loss diet books that fill our shelves.
