Garlic & Herb Roasted Salmon
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15-20 minutes
- 4-8 oz – Fresh salon *dependent on allowed protein size per meal plan
- 1/2 tsp – parsley
- 1/2 tsp – thyme
- 1/2 tsp – minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp – butter
- salt & pepper to taste
- squeeze of lime to taste
Serving Size: Dependent on allowed protein amount per meal plan.
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease small baking sheet.
Step 2: Melt butter in a small dish. Add all seasonings, minced garlic and a squeeze of lemon in butter.
Step 3: Pour butter mixture on top of salmon. Roast in oven for 10-15 minutes until internal temp reaches 145 degrees.
Step 4: Remove from oven & place under broiler for 2-3 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes. Serve & enjoy!
